Job Summary
Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Traya Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates who can handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Freshers can apply).
Non-graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
