Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our energetic team for Voice and Sales processes. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and promote sales of our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries with clarity and empathy

• Provide product/service information and assist in resolving issues

• Promote products and drive sales through effective communication

• Meet daily and monthly sales and service targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Age: 18–30 years

• Fluency in English and any one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in customer service/sales preferred but not mandatory
