Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
Identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through problem-solving.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Experience: 0 – 3 years (Customer service / sales preferred, freshers welcome).
Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil
Skills:
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel & computer applications.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
