Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. You will play a vital role in managing inbound and outbound customer calls, offering information about products/services, and resolving queries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound) in a courteous and efficient manner.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain customer interaction records and follow standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in at least two South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in customer support or sales is an added advantage.
