Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Delhi
Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid / Work from Office (as per company policy)
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Care Executive. The position involves handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls handled, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in customer service/BPO/KPO.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed).
Ability to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night).
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on experience and location).
Incentives and performance bonuses.
5/6 days working (company dependent).
