Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support
• Basic computer Knowledge - MS Office
• Assist customers with loan applications, disbursement queries, repayment schedules, and account-related concerns
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Guide customers through digital platforms (app/website) for loan processes
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation or payments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
