Both Inbound and outbound call center
1. Making calls to customer for activation of connections
2. Reminder for reactivation of the accounts
3. Checking for expiry or deactivated accounts and trying to reinstate them
4. Receiving the complaints and forwarding to the related team
5. Doing Payment follow up.
6. Follow for the complaints and ensuring the complaint is closed
7. Feedback From the customer .

3. Should have computer knowledge
Should be able to handle pressure
Telugu speaking is a must
