Position: Customer Support Executive (Chat + Voice)
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

  • Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support

  • Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi

  • Maintain professionalism and accurate records

  • Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline)

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

  • Assessment: Versant-4, minimum score: 5

  • Experience: Open to freshers & experienced

Salary:

  • Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC / ₹15,000 in-hand

  • Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹20,000 in-hand

Shift: Rotational
