We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Health Campaign (Ramp) project. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to process guidelines.
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Health Campaign process.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors as per requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Prior healthcare/customer support experience preferred (for relevant experience pool).
