Customer Support Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)
Salary
Freshers: ₹14,500/month
Experienced Candidates: Must provide a valid experience certificate
Work Schedule
Shift Duration: 9 hours per day (including breaks)
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational)
Weekly Off: Rotational
Cab Facility: Not provided
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information related to services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system accurately.
Maintain adherence to process compliance and performance standards.
Requirements
Prior BPO experience is mandatory (experience proof required).
Valid experience certificate is compulsory for experienced applicants.
Key Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
