Service Coordination & Follow-ups
Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.
Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate with service technicians to relay customer concerns and requirements.
Spare Parts Management
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.
Coordinate the dispatch of spare parts for warranty and non-warranty services.
Ensure accurate documentation of spare parts usage and replenishment needs.
Data Entry & Record Maintenance
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
Update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
Feedback Collection & Reporting
Gather customer feedback post-service to assess satisfaction levels.
Compile reports on common issues and customer suggestions for service improvement.
Collaborate with the service team to implement enhancements based on feedback.
