Service Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.

  • Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Communicate with service technicians to relay customer concerns and requirements.​

Spare Parts Management

  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory.

  • Coordinate the dispatch of spare parts for warranty and non-warranty services.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of spare parts usage and replenishment needs.​

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.

  • Update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy. ​

Feedback Collection & Reporting

  • Gather customer feedback post-service to assess satisfaction levels.

  • Compile reports on common issues and customer suggestions for service improvement.

  • Collaborate with the service team to implement enhancements based on feedback.​
