Job Description

🔹 Hiring: Service Desk Analyst / Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Okhla Phase 3, Delhi

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our IT Support team. If you have 6–12 months of experience in a Service Desk or Customer Support role and are ready to grow your IT career, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues involving applications, OS, and hardware

  • Handle incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools

  • Escalate issues as needed and follow up until resolution

  • Offer basic support for server, network, and storage environments

  • Communicate clearly with internal users and clients

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software/hardware issues

  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  • Manage SLAs and ensure timely resolution

  • Be open to working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written)

  • Good customer service and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

  • Familiarity with help desk tools and ITIL practices a plus
