Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

  • Achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution of customer requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
