Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution of customer requests.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
