Job Description

• Handle customer queries via voice / non-voice support

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain records and update data in systems

• For QA role: Monitor calls and ensure process quality standards

• For MIS role: Prepare reports using Excel (Power BI is an added advantage)

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass: Customer Care / Support roles

• Graduate / Post-Graduate: QA, Telematics, MIS / Excel roles

• Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel mandatory for MIS roles)

Salary Package

• ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

• Salary based on role, skills, and interview performance
