We are looking for a Custome support Executive to join our team Teleperfromance. The role offers 15000 - 19000 pm and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Ecommerce Retail Industry. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a Working 5 Days week during the Rotational shift for Males & for females Day shift

Typing speed 20 WPM with 85% accuracy.
