We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team for TECH MAHINDRA in Bangalore at our Electronic City location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Healthcare Support. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0 - 0.5 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi & English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.

Help patients on booking appointments or an enquiry on inbound calls/Outbound calls/E-mail
For males 24/7 rotational shifts
Females 6 am - 9 pm window period out of any 9 hours shift they will allocate
