Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative-TMS / CRM

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and has a passion for delivering top-notch service.

 

Responsibilities:

1.      Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

2.      Problem Resolution: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Investigate and analyse problems, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.

3.      Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Educate customers on product features and benefits. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

4.      Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Track and manage orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Work closely with the logistics team to address shipping and delivery concerns.

5.      Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues. Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

6.      Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills. Provide feedback on system and process improvements. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
