📢 We’re Hiring: Customer Care Executive – BPO

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 in hand
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

• Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required

• Meet performance targets related to call handling, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Graduate

• Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Support / BPO (Voice process)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts with 5 days working

• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
