Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls politely and confidently
Understand customer queries, concerns, or complaints and provide the best possible solutions
Keep proper records of calls, issues, and follow-ups
Share accurate information with customers to resolve their concerns quickly
Work with internal teams whenever an issue needs deeper support
Meet performance goals like call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!)
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay calm and positive while handling different customer situations
Comfortable working 6 days a week in rotational shifts
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced BPO environment
