We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Coordination Executive to manage inbound inquiries, guide customers through the rental process, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The role is key in building long-term customer relationships and supporting enterprise-level interactions with accurate data handling, effective communication, and a problem-solving approach.
Inbound Call Handling: Attend customer calls and guide them on placing online rental orders as per the SOP.
Customer Education: Brief customers about the rental process, documentation, verification, and delivery timelines.
Enterprise Lead Understanding: Understand the requirement of enterprise clients and help the internal team align the right solutions and value propositions.
CRM Management: Enter and maintain all mandatory lead information, interaction history, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
Timely Follow-ups: Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with leads to maintain engagement and maximize conversion.
Inter-Team Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal departments like operations, document verification, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers and explore opportunities wherever applicable.
Product & Process Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, new launches, hardware basics, and use of AI tools and CRM in daily operations.
Communication Tools: Manage customer communication via chat, email, and calls. Strong proficiency in digital communication is essential.
Reporting & Task Management: Track closures, status updates on leads and opportunities, and ensure timely task reporting to the Team Lead.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role (experience in IT rentals or SaaS is a plus)
Good understanding of computers/laptops/hardware preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Familiarity with CRM tools, chat/email platforms, and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn modern sales and coordination techniques
