Ratio of graduate & undergraduate for consultants to be maintained at 70:30 ratio
Typing speed & accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Pre-Hire check to be calibrated to include typing speed, psychometric, language proficiency and written English specific to capturing notes. Consultant needs to undergo screening for Language Proficiency, typing test, other assessment as part of Agent Quality initiative (as defined by Flipkart) Versant-4 for Kannada and English Queue to be calibrated with the Flipkart team.
All consultants shall fluently speak, write (specific to capturing notes) and comprehend in English and Kannada.
Offered CTC: 21K CTC / per Month for experience, 16 to 17000/-TH after deduction of PF, Mediclaim, Gratuity and PT)
Freshers will be offered 20 K CTC / month with 16000/- KTH ( PF, Gratuity , Mediclaim, PT benefits )
