Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Domestic Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries over calls, provide accurate information, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets.
Provide excellent customer experience on every call.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation mandatory (any stream).
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (voice process preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customer situations.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, CRM usage).
