Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Role: To assist customers by providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM, typing).
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).
Freshers can apply; experience in customer service is a plus.
