Job Description

Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and encourage product adoption to ensure they get maximum value. Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-through on support tickets. Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers, conduct regular check-ins, and understand their unique goals and challenges. Customer Health Monitoring: Monitor key customer health metrics and usage data to identify trends and potential risks. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform product development. Sales & Growth: Partner with the sales team to identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to increased revenue. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as customer support, sales, and product, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in daily processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the customer success team.
