We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Chicken Vicken team as a Customer Care Support Executive. The role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and orders while ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding Chicken Vicken products and services.
Record and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and transaction details in the system.
Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
Share product information, promotions, and new updates with customers.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports of customer queries and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Support the sales and marketing team in customer engagement activities.
