Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, resolving queries, upselling services, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, support) to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and data.
Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and account management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
