Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide assistance over calls in both English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their queries, requests, or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during every customer interaction.
Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both languages is mandatory).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in a voice process / BPO / customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
