Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and vendors through phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for resolving queries, ensuring a smooth and professional support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional customer/vendor support via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved.
Understand and navigate transportation logistics and operational processes.
Update and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports on a regular basis.
· Perform accurate and timely data entry of operational information.
· Manage docket slip entry, ensuring all shipments are logged and tracked correctly.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service (mandatory)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Languages: Proficiency in English (required) and Hindi (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic familiarity with transportation logistics.
Ability to manage multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chat)
