Job Description

Job Opening: E-commerce Back Office – Voice (Customer Support)
📍 Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks), Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduates only
• Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi (Versant Level 4)
• Comfortable handling Voice & Email support
• Flexible to work 6 days/week with 1 rotational week off
• Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

🚫 Candidates with Telecom domain experience are not eligible

Salary & Benefits:
• Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC/month
• 1+ year experience: ₹26,500 CTC/month

Relocation Benefits (Outstation Candidates):
• 14 days free accommodation
• Bus/Train ticket reimbursement
• ₹10,000 relocation bonus (as per company policy & T&C apply)
