Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to Lytx products and services (e.g., technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, service assistance).
Information Provision: Provide accurate and complete information about Lytx products, services, and policies to customers.
Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Learning & Development: Continuously learn about Lytx products, updates, and best practices to enhance customer support.
Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Minimum 12th pass required. Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Freshers: Welcome to apply! A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills are key.
Experienced: Previous experience (0-3 years) in customer service, call center operations, or technical support is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali) is a significant advantage.
Customer Focus: A strong passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
