About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and courteously. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to Lytx products and services (e.g., technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, service assistance).

  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and complete information about Lytx products, services, and policies to customers.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.

  • Learning & Development: Continuously learn about Lytx products, updates, and best practices to enhance customer support.

  • Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass required. Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Experience:

    • Freshers: Welcome to apply! A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills are key.

    • Experienced: Previous experience (0-3 years) in customer service, call center operations, or technical support is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali) is a significant advantage.

  • Customer Focus: A strong passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.

  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (or willingness to learn).
