Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Customer Care Associates to join our team in Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for users of our Video Analytics product, resolving queries, offering solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to the video analytics product.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Document interactions and update the CRM system.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn software tools quickly.
