Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
COD Order Confirmation
Call customers to confirm Cash-on-Delivery orders before dispatch.
Verify customer details and ensure order authenticity.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Attend customer queries received via WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
Record issues properly and create support tickets.
Coordinate internally to resolve customer complaints and follow up until closure.
Social Media Query Handling
Respond to customer messages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Provide product information, order updates, and basic assistance.
Basic HR Support
Assist in identifying and shortlisting candidates for operational roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain records of applicants.
Ideal Candidate
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Comfortable speaking with customers on calls
Organized and able to maintain records of customer issues
Basic understanding of social media and WhatsApp communication
Responsible and proactive in resolving problems
