Job Title: Customer Service Telecaller

Location: Gorakhpur
Department: Customer Support / Customer Service
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Telecallers with excellent communication skills to handle calls, assist customers, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests

  • Provide accurate information about products/services

  • Update customer details and call records in the system

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

  • Professional and polite demeanor

Qualification

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Salary

  • ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours

  • 6 days a week

  • Rotational shifts / Day shift (as per company policy)
