Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Telecallers with excellent communication skills to handle calls, assist customers, and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Update customer details and call records in the system
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Professional and polite demeanor
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours
6 days a week
Rotational shifts / Day shift (as per company policy)
