• Required to answer incoming calls professionally to provide

information about products and services from customers

• Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information

• Customer service specialist with people persons

• Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as

action taken.

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers

request/complaints.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department or

department head.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
