Job Description – International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Location: Hyderabad (Immediate Requirement)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Salary: ₹2,34,460 LPA + ₹90,000 VSA (Freshers)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / Candidates with notice also welcome
Transport: 2-way cab provided

Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 / Graduates (recent pass-outs preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2)

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates from Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately

Payment & Invoice Clause (Important – Please Read Carefully)

1. Invoices must be raised only after the candidate completes 90 days.

2. The final payable amount will be calculated based on the applicable slab after adjusting attrition within the 90-day period.

3. The slab applies to joiners within a single calendar month only; slabs cannot be combined across months.

4. Only candidates who successfully complete 90 days are billable.

5. Payment will be released as per Sagility’s standard vendor payment cycle after invoice submission and verification.
