Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,880 / month (Based on AMCAT score)
Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers welcome)
Work Timings: Rotational shifts (1 PM – 10 PM, 2 PM – 11 PM, 3 PM – 12 AM; 1 PM – 10 PM for females)
Working Days: 5 Days working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or fresher.
Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil.
Good verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer skills.
Must reside within 2–3 km of the office or be ready to relocate immediately.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls efficiently and address inquiries with accurate information.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve first-call resolution and high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM database.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating guidelines during customer interactions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams for quick resolution.
