CRM mein customer interactions aur feedback update karna.
Customers ko excellent service experience dena.
Escalated issues ko concerned department tak pahunchana.
Company policies aur processes ka palan karna.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling skills.
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
