💰 Salary Package (CTC):

Freshers: ₹23,000

1+ Year Experience: ₹26,500

🕒 Work Schedule

Working Days: 6 days working

Week Off: 1 rotational off

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ( 9 hours Rotational)

📝 Job Responsibilities

Handle L2 voice support calls efficiently and professionally

Resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy

Maintain service quality, documentation, and compliance

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

🧪 Selection Criteria

Versant: Level 4 & above

Typing Test: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
