Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented Frontline Agents for an exciting opportunity with Girnar Care – Jaipur. This role focuses on delivering premium customer support for a two-wheeler segment. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a background in international voice processes will thrive in this high-growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally
Resolve queries related to premium two-wheeler products and services
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information
Follow communication scripts and guidelines
Escalate unresolved issues promptly
Complete training and stay updated on product knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
Experience:
Freshers with excellent communication skills
Preferred: 6 months+ experience in International BPO/Voice Process
Skills:
Excellent spoken English
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Salary & Incentives:
CTC: Up to ₹22kctcper month
