We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Recycledevice to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to their orders.
The roles & responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative are:
Managing daily customer queries.
Take ownership of customer issues.
Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Work Environment
Shift timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Monday – Saturday.
Work location: Noida, Sector 63.
