Customer Support & Operations – Job Description
Responsible for handling customer enquiries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups through phone, email, and other communication channels. Coordinate with sales, project, installation, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate customer records, service schedules, documentation, and daily operational reports. Track project and service status, communicate updates to customers, and ensure commitments are completed on time. Assist in coordinating site visits, installations, AMC/O&M services, and warranty support. Monitor customer satisfaction, escalate critical issues to management, and maintain professional customer relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.
