We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who will handle customer queries through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, and Email Support. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory) and Hindi.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and Email in a timely manner.Resolve customer complaints regarding orders, returns, refunds, and product inquiries.Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for order-related issues.Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.Follow up with customers for pending queries.Required Skills:Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)Good written English for email communication.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling).Ability to handle difficult customers politely.Strong problem-solving skills.Experience in E-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify) will be an advantage.Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate PreferredCustomer support experience preferredSalary:₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
