Support insurance claim operations involving claim intake, review, investigation, adjustment (if applicable), and resolution in line with defined processes and quality standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Process insurance claims and handle customer calls as per guidelines
✅ Adhere to SLA, Quality & Auditing standards
✅ Meet productivity targets and take ownership of tasks
✅ Maintain punctuality and attendance standards
✅ Build strong working relationships with team members and supervisors

🎓 10+2 / 10+3 / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
🚫 BE / B.Tech candidates are not eligible
🌙 Flexible to work US Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts
🎂 Maximum age: 28 years
