Job Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls from clients in a polite and professional manner.
Understand client queries related to property matters and record the details properly.
Assign tasks to the legal team based on client requirements.
Regularly follow up with the legal team regarding the status of assigned work.
Provide timely updates to clients about the progress of their cases/files.
Maintain proper records of client communication and work status.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the legal team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command over Marathi (Mandatory).
Good command over English.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple client calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, WhatsApp, Email handling).
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidate preferred.
Prior experience in customer service / legal office / real estate office will be an advantage.
