Job Description

1. Updation of Patient Data in Excel - For Renewl Dates

2. Renewal Reminders during patient visits

3. Followup Calls to Patients for medicine availability | Consumption

4. Followup Calls to Patient one month before for renewals

5. Input from Doctors about New Patient Conversion

6. New Patient Conversion

7. New Patient - First Call post one week

8. Up Sell or Cross Sell during patient visits

9. Fees Collection

10. Patient Data Creation [Registration]  - In Software

11. Sale Invoice Generation - MocDoc

12. Internal Meeting with Doctors & FOEs - On Weekly Basis [Monday]

 

Clinic timings are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

No sat and sunday holiday instead there are week offs. one week off in a week(Mon to Fri any one day)

One CL in a month can be taken either one saturday or one Sunday

Cl's can be accumulated for 4 months and taken together (not merging week ffs with Cl's)

5 festival holidays ( Sankranthi, Ugadhi, Dussehra, Ganesha chaturthi and Deepavali)
