  • Sales & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers; present, promote, and sell products/services. Handle inbound calls for sales inquiries and information.

  • Customer Engagement: Ask questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

  • Service & Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and objections professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Sales Closing: Close sales deals, process orders accurately, and potentially direct complex leads to field sales.

  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer information and call records in the CRM system.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.

  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
