Job Title: Customer Care Executive – CRM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will handle customer calls, chats, and emails, update CRM records, and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The role also includes supporting sales/retention activities and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/chats/emails.

 Resolve queries, complaints, and requests on time.

 Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.

 Provide information about products and services.

 Support sales/retention through upselling and customer engagement.

 Follow company policies, quality standards, and SOPs.

Skills Required:

 Good communication skills (verbal & written)

 Must have – Spoken and written fluency skills in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and English Language.

 Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

 Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.

 Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

 Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills.

 0–2 years of experience in customer service (freshers can also apply).
