Roles Available:

🖥 Technical Support (English & Hindi)

  • Assist customers with technical issues via inbound/outbound calls

  • Troubleshoot problems and guide users with step-by-step solutions

  • Provide clear information about technical products or services

📞 Customer Support (Domestic Voice – English & Hindi)

  • Handle general customer inquiries, service requests, or complaints

  • Deliver a helpful and solution-oriented customer experience

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team


Key Responsibilities (Common for Both Roles):

  • Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers

  • Accurately document customer queries and resolutions in the system

  • Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors


Who Can Apply:

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in BPO/Voice Process/Customer Support

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)

  • Willing to work in rotational day shifts (no night shifts)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed

  • Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
