We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle website-related queries and provide excellent customer service across multiple platforms.

• Website support (customer queries & issues)
• Calls handling (Inbound)
• Chat support (WhatsApp / Website chat)
• Zomato & Swiggy order handling and support
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams for order and delivery issues

• Minimum 12th Pass
• 6 months – 3 years experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving attitude
